Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Medical Aide/Med Tech to deliver safe, accurate medication care for our residents. You will administer medications per physician orders, follow the Six Rights, document in MAR/TAR in real time, and observe residents during and after medication passes.

Responsibilities include monitoring symptoms, promptly reporting concerns, maintaining orderly medication areas, and adhering to infection control standards to protect resident safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+ required.
• Medication administration certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Senior care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
