About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the mechanical commissioning activities for a critical infrastructure project based in Paris. You will manage the full commissioning lifecycle, from design reviews and preparation of test procedures to execution, troubleshooting, and final system handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, AHUs, piping, and fire protection
• Review and approve commissioning plans, test scripts, and method statements
• Manage pre-functional and functional testing, ensuring compliance with project standards
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Maintain thorough commissioning documentation and ensure timely signoffs
• Chair commissioning meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout commissioning

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing mechanical commissioning on critical environment projects (e.g., data centres)
• Strong expertise in HVAC systems, BAS/BMS integration, chilled water, AHUs, piping, and fire protection
• Deep understanding of commissioning processes including design review, FAT/SAT, TAB, and reporting
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and technical documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Eligible to work in France or EU passport
