As our Mechanic Operations Manager in Paris, you will report to our Senior Operations Manager Paris and will:
- Lead a local team: Manage a team of Mechanics and squad leads serving our Paris members. Responsible for monitoring performance, developing and implementing training programs, and hiring new team members.
- Develop & optimize processes: Design, optimize, and implement local processes such as staff onboarding, workshop floor plans, and shift management improvements to ensure efficient operations.
- Analyze data: Monitor and analyze team performance using KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement incentive systems to reward high performance.
- Work in a team: Collaborate closely with the central operations team, other city managers, and teams like Software, Hardware, and Marketing to refine our product and customer service offerings.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you:
- Have 3+ years experience in operations management, logistics, management consulting, startup growth, or similar fields.
- Are a strong people manager capable of developing, motivating, and managing (blue collar) teams.
- Possess a data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking.
- Have proficiency in analyzing large datasets, with strong skills in Google Sheets; experience with SQL and Looker is a plus.
- Maintain a hands-on mentality and are willing to get involved directly in operations.
- Have excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Are based in Paris, France, and are open to travel.
- Are fluent in English and French.
