Job environment

Line manager: Team Leader

Responsibilities include working from drawings, manufacturing sequences, or instruction sheets to fit, install, remove, and secure mechanical, electrical, and systems assemblies and sub-assemblies.

Scope of Activities

• Follow production sequences as per drawings and procedures
• Prepare work areas and adhere to safety rules
• Verify component part numbers and assemblies
• Use appropriate equipment for mechanical, electrical, or systems assembly operations
• Position components and equipment for assembly
• Assemble mechanical or systems components in accordance with defined processes
• Manage equipment and traceability rules
• Ensure traceability of finished work
• Self-check work at major process phases
• Report operational issues
• Guarantee quality of fitting, assembly, and protection operations
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstation
• Apply FOD rules and manage removed or scrapped components

Activities are adapted for employees on work/study contracts to align with their training.
