Danone France is expanding its UX leadership by joining the MEA Flying Squad as a Regional UX Manager. You will lead framing, planning and delivery of UX research, generating actionable insights for projects across product development with guidance from senior colleagues.

You will translate findings into practical recommendations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape consumer experiences, with opportunities to work across markets and brands in the MEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with qualitative & quantitative methods.
• 2-5 years of experience in UX / insight-driven roles or equivalent.
• Experience in sensory science or FMCG product development is a plus.
• Consumer-Centric: strong passion bringing the consumer voice into product and pack design.
• Developing business orientation and insight skills, with ability to combine data sources and propose actionable recommendations.
• Ability to build clear, engaging presentations (PPT) and create demo videos for stakeholders.
• Good collaboration skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Adaptable and curious; able to enter unfamiliar environments and learn quickly.
• Sound project coordination and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver superior product experiences by framing consumer inputs with local teams and UX guidance.
• Coordinate user and sensory research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Translate findings into practical recommendations for product and pack development.
• Summarize user and sensory findings for consumption by project teams.
• Support MEA claims & demo activities: opportunity ID, consumer demos, local activation.
• Prepare materials for regional KPI tracking and internal engagement.
• Coordinate external research partners within scope, timelines, budgets.
