Qualifications

• Extensive experience in UX Design, UX Research, Service Design, Product Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX strategy for Airline Solutions from airline and traveller perspectives.
• Lead a global UX organization with managers, designers and researchers at all levels.
• Elevate customer and user insight through evidence-based decision making and scalable research practices.
• Influence product direction by partnering with Product and Engineering to guide strategy, discovery and delivery.
