Job summary

McCain Alimentaire SAS in France is seeking an MDI Deployment Lead to accelerate manufacturing performance across GB&I and EMENA sites. You will coach plant leadership, drive continuous improvement, and deploy the MDI operating system to deliver measurable gains.

As a trusted change leader, you will empower teams, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with regional deployment roadmaps and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Continuous Improvement, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and KPIs.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Green Belt certification (or equivalent) required.
• Fluent in English; additional French/Polish/Dutch advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and sustainability of the MDI operating model across assigned plants.
• Manage and drive the implementation of key CI tools, digital platforms, and systems (MDI xAI, Pavillon, MDI Phasing).
• Support and coach plant teams on continuous improvement practices.
• Conduct maturity assessments and identify performance gaps.
• Drive CI initiatives and participate in Kaizen events.
• Translate data into actionable insights supporting performance improvement and cost reduction.
