Job summary

Eutelsat Communications SA is seeking an IRIS² MCC Integration, Testing & Validation Software Engineer to join the team in Issy-les-Moulineaux (Paris region). You will drive the integration, verification, validation and deployment of the MCC software suite, coordinating with MCC architects, contractors and external partners to ensure reliability and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace engineering or a related discipline (as stated in the ad).
• Proven experience in software integration, verification, validation or testing for complex, distributed or mission-critical systems (3+ years).
• Experience with system-level IVV, integration laboratories, test benches or operational software environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed software architectures, interfaces, APIs, asynchronous messaging and state/stream-based data exchanges.
• Familiarity with containerized environments and distributed deployment, plus Linux scripting/automation for test execution.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to integration, verification and validation of MCC software and interfaces across the IRIS² Ground Segment.
• Supervise MCC implementation and integration/testing/validation activities by contractors.
• Participate in validation of MCC functions including resource orchestration and monitoring.
• Collaborate in building and maintaining test environments on containerized Ground Segment infrastructure.
• Coordinate defect investigation and regression testing with developers, architects, and suppliers.
• Maintain IVV documentation and contribute to packaging, deployment and release validation.
