Customs Support Group invites an experienced Operational Team Leader to manage a high‑performing team in Mauritius. You will ensure declarations are accurate, on time, and compliant, while coaching staff and advancing digital maturity across processes.

You will lead in a growing, international environment with a strong customer focus, shaping operations, and driving continuous improvement to elevate service quality and outcomes for clients in Mauritius.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years coordinating or leading operations teams in customs, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of customs legislation, compliance requirements, and processes.
Excellent written and spoken English with client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

Coordinate daily declaration assignments and guide the team in real time during peak volumes.
Review declaration samples, identify errors, and provide coaching and feedback.
Ensure full compliance with customs legislation, AEO, GDPR, and internal audits.
