You will lead cross-functional projects, manage HS classifications, and coordinate SAP/CONEX systems, leveraging 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in customs or international trade is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Expert knowledge of customs regulations and related issues.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and propose practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the smooth flow of international shipments and flows.
• Oversee customs operations and authorizations: ensure import/export compliance and secure declarations.
• Serve as reference for tariff classification, origin, and valuation topics.
• Manage HS codes and maintain SAP/CONEX systems.
• Lead strategic projects impacting Group performance.
• Monitor performance, manage service providers, and produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring the smooth flow of international shipments and flows
• Oversee customs operations and authorizations: ensure import/export compliance, secure declarations, and coordinate stakeholders
• Serve as the reference for complex topics (tariff classification, origin, valuation, customs regulatory monitoring)
• Manage nomenclatures (HS codes) and maintain systems (SAP, Conex)
• Lead strategic projects that impact Group performance
• Monitor performance, manage service providers, and handle reporting

Requirements

• Degree in customs or international trade
• Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role
• Expert knowledge of customs regulations and related issues
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and propose practical solutions
• Comfortable with IT systems (Excel, SAP, CONEX)
• Strong interpersonal skills to persuade, train and secure buy‑in from teams
• Autonomous, rigorous and responsive
