Demand Planner

Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities. This role interfaces with the senior S&OP team and is part of the overall International S&OP team.

Coordinates with regional planning and works closely with innovation and international S&OP teams to ensure process consistency and optimal use of reports and regional cascade documents, with a key focus on demand planning, supply planning, innovation, SLOBs, and portfolio management.

The position reports to the Senior S&OP Manager.

This person will collaborate with Supply Chain Fulfillment to align demand and supply within the S&OP framework. Responsible for full horizon forecasts for all products, with continuous sales monitoring.

Tasks include creating, maintaining, and updating forecast profiles for various brands, data cleansing, and acting as a backup for other Demand Planners.

Active collaboration with all company departments, including key accounts, sales controlling, marketing, and customer service. Close cooperation with local and international Supply Chain teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Demand Planner or similar role within supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Familiarity with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, or similar tools), and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent in English and French.
