Material Management Manager

We are hiring a Material Management Manager to oversee inbound logistics, suppliers, and warehouse operations at our manufacturing site in Sarrebourg. Join one of our key production sites where your leadership will drive supply chain performance. You will lead hierarchically 2 supervisors with a team of over 30 people, working closely with site leadership, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless procurement and warehouse activities.

Who You Are:

A seasoned Materials Management Manager with a strong understanding of industrial supply chain operations. You are hands-on, people-focused, and thrive on improving processes and motivating teams in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in logistics or equivalent, or significant experience in this field
• Strong experience in logistics or supply chain roles
• Demonstrated leadership in an operational setting
• Fluent in both French and English

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Ability to influence across teams and work with diverse stakeholders
• Experience leading improvement initiatives (lean, continuous improvement, etc.)
• Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics performance tools
• Experience managing budgets and logistics KPIs

What You Will Be Doing:

• Align workforce capacity and skills with operational needs
• Lead, engage, and develop your team through communication, training, and performance reviews
• Adapt organizational structures and processes for strategic initiatives
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met via KPI tracking and continuous improvement
• Manage the department’s operating budget and resolve operational issues
