Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Laboratory Quality Manager, specialized in ISO17025 and the aerospace environment, to lead our Laboratory Management System (LMS). You will work within a team of dedicated engineers and technicians.

Our laboratory conducts investigations, analyses, and tests on various materials (metallic, organic, surface treatments, etc.) throughout the helicopter lifecycle, including research and development, certification testing, industry support, and post-incident analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining, improving, and developing the LMS and ISO17025 accreditation, ensuring continuous excellence and adaptation to new needs.
  • Acting as the interface with accreditation bodies and collaborating closely with testing teams, other departments, and internal clients.

Key tasks:

  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory and LMS.
  • Manage documentation, processes, standards, and tools such as manuals, procedures, and LIMS.
  • Identify and analyze non-conformities, proposing corrective actions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving groups.
  • Ensure team awareness and competence development regarding LMS.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and diagnostics.
  • Interface with national accreditation bodies (COFRAC, DAKKS).

Required skills and experience:

  • Diploma of 5 years (or equivalent) in quality engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of international experience.
  • Significant experience (3-5 years) as a quality manager in a laboratory environment.
  • Operational testing experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of quality management standards (EN9100, ISO17025).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
