Material Coordinator
Main Role
- To conduct activities taking place on the deck as well as the helideck at NOC offshore facilities; loading and off-loading
- Activities in accordance with NOC approved operating procedures, guidelines, legislative requirements and industry best practice.
- Supporting site Work Preparator with the day-to-day site management of materials on the platform. Strategic Planning &
- Identify opportunities and champion initiatives that enable maximum production and injection output within the parameters of environmental compliance and process safety.
- Provide Team Lead with regular reports with analysis and comment on performance and results. Be held accountable for area of responsibility.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties, functional teams and corporate groups as required to meet NOC strategic business and operational objectives.
- Contribute to improvements, development and implementation of department activities, processes and procedures.
- Conduct the safe offloading and loading of materials as well as the safe transfer of personnel on and off supply vessels.
- Support the control of materials needed to cope with lead time requirements; overseeing transportation of material
- Record shipping / good movements using N O C approved documentation and IT systems with approved procedures
- Initiate regular clearing and cleaning activities
- Encourage and foster process safety awareness related to own discipline.
- Provide guidance on discipline specific company standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Guide and support to junior staff in the execution of their day-to-day responsibilities and help create a learning environment.
- Uphold and role-model NOC values and leadership behaviors.
- Provide support as necessary to Qatari employees to assist them in achieving recognized qualifications.
- Actively participate in daily communications and coordination between "Onshore" businesses pertaining to key business matters.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties required to meet NOC business and operational objectives.

Qualifications
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication.
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
