Servist Energy is seeking a Level 5 Energy Systems Technician Master Technician to lead advanced diagnostics and field operations. You will resolve cross‑platform system faults, oversee commissioning, and guide predictive maintenance and SCADA optimization.

The role emphasizes training, standards development, and collaboration with OEMs, regulators, and engineering teams to sustain cutting‑edge energy solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on renewable energy or complex electrical systems experience.
• Expert-level diagnostic and troubleshooting across PV, BESS, EV, SCADA, HV/MV.
• Experience developing technical standards or training programs.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve the most advanced, cross-platform system failures across PV, BESS, EV, and SCADA technologies.
• Serve as the organization's final technical escalation for field issues with no established resolution path.
• Lead and oversee complex system commissioning, firmware optimization, and AI-based predictive diagnostics.
• Perform and lead high-voltage/medium-voltage diagnostics, SCADA integration, and grid-level troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with OEM teams and engineering to address systemic failures.
