Job Title : Master Data (SAP MDG) Consultant

Location : Paris, France

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract (specify as appropriate)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Consultant with expertise in SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) to join our team in Paris . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing master data processes, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across the organization using SAP MDG.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) modules for various master data domains (e.g., Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define MDG data models, workflows, validations, and business rules .
• Perform data analysis and cleansing activities to support MDG implementations and data migrations.
• Ensure high data quality standards by enforcing governance policies, standards, and controls .
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders on MDG processes and functionalities.
• Work with global and local teams to support data governance and management initiatives.
• Provide production support and resolve issues related to master data and MDG workflows.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management with at least 3+ years of hands-on SAP MDG experience .
• Strong understanding of MDG Data Models , Process Modeling, BRF+ rules, and Workflow Management.
• Experience in data quality tools , data cleansing, and harmonization.
• Good understanding of integration between MDG and other SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S / 4HANA, BW).
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori-based MDG applications is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

• SAP MDG certification.
• Experience in global SAP rollouts or transformation projects .
• Knowledge of GDPR and other data compliance standards.
• Experience working in multinational environments .
