This is a role for someone who loves both engineering and growth. You’ll own attribution pipelines end-to-end, making sure every conversion is tied back to the right campaign, and enabling the growth team to scale with confidence.
You will report into the VP of Marketing, working side by side with performance marketers to ensure clean attribution and actionable data.
Build and manage server-side event tracking across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
Integrate HubSpot (CRM), Stripe, and Shopify into ad attribution pipelines.
Set up data flows from backend → GTM → analytics/ad platforms.
Debug and validate event flows to ensure clean data.
Partner with marketing to design experiments and measure outcomes.
Work closely with product/engineering to scope event tracking requirements.
Hands-on experience connecting backend events into ad platforms.
Strong technical background (APIs, GTM, JavaScript, event architecture).
Solid experience with HubSpot, Stripe, and Shopify integrations.
Proven work at a startup, where you owned tracking independently.
Experience with GA4 and server-side GTM setups.
Bonus: SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, etc.).
