About You

You are a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts & Procurement (C&P) professional with a strong background in procurement processes, international tenders, and contract administration. You have expertise in using procurement software such as Ariba, ERP (MBC), and Microsoft Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint). Your ability to work collaboratively with international teams, vendors, and subcontractors makes you an effective team player. You possess strong organizational skills and can navigate complex contract strategies with ease. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in French and German is a plus.

About the Role

As a Contracts & Procurement Specialist, you will support the Marshalling and logistics activities for offshore wind projects in Germany. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing contracts and procurement processes, including strategy development, tendering, and negotiations.
2. Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements.
3. Collaborating with project teams to refine contract scopes and drive value creation.
4. Conducting due diligence on suppliers, market intelligence, and risk assessments.
5. Monitoring KPIs to improve efficiency and assisting in reporting contract issues to senior management.
6. Utilizing procurement tools (E-sourcing, ERP, AGORA) and ensuring vendor master data accuracy.
7. This role is based in Paris, with potential travel to Hamburg / Berlin, and has an initial contract of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal.
