CMA CGM internship in Marseille, France focuses on deploying the inland transportation real-time visibility solution (MyRTV). You will drive country pilots for RTV and manage relationships with BIC.

Responsibilities include monitoring adoption, country reporting, KPI improvements, vendor onboarding, and data analysis, with collaboration across IT, BIC, and depots. Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bac+5 level degree in supply chain, IAE, business or engineering school.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communicator with ability to coordinate cross-functional work.

Responsabilités

• Monitor product adoption regionally / nationally.
• Carry out daily country reporting (carrier/customer).
• Lead country-level agency meetings to drive KPI improvements.
• Onboard vendors and report key KPIs (assignments, trucks tracked).
• Analyze and qualify data received; report technical incidents to IT.
• Participate in project team meetings and coordinate with BIC and depots.
