Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bac + 5 level degree in a relevant program (supply chain, IAE, business or engineering).
• Strong command of MS Office, data analysis skills, and rigorous work approach.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor product adoption across a region or country.
• Carry out daily reporting per country (by carrier/customer).
• Conduct agency meetings at country level to drive KPI improvements.
• Produce statistics and present KPIs (e.g., % of assignments, % of trucks tracked).
• Analyze and qualify the data received; problem solving.
• Participate in project team meetings; report incidents to IT.
• Collaborate with BIC and depots to design depot shapes on the BIC website.

YOUR ROLE

The internship takes place within the deployment of the inland transportation real-time visibility solution (MyRTV), covering all inland transportation legs: rail, barge and road.

You will be responsible of driving country pilots for the RTV product and managing the relationship with BIC.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TODO ?

Concretely, your tasks will include:

• Monitoring product adoption over a region / country
• Carrying out daily reporting per country (by carrier/customer)
• Conducting agency meetings at country level to drive KPI improvements
• Producing statistics and presenting key KPIs (% of assignments, % of trucks tracked...)
• Analyzing and qualifying the data received
• Problem solving
• Participating in project team meetings
• Analyzing the use-cases encountered and reporting technical incidents to the IT team on the transport tracked
• Working with BIC and depots to design the shape of depots on the BIC website

WHO ARE WE LOOKINGFOR ?

• You are pursuing a Bac + 5 level degree, in a Master's program in supply chain, IAE, business school, or engineering school
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, comfortable with data analysis, and rigorous in your work
• You are fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
• You are a strong communicator, comfortable coordinating and managing cross-functional work
