Job summary

Flowdesk is seeking bright interns to learn and develop trading skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be immersed in in-depth research and the generation of alpha, gaining hands-on experience with innovative trading strategies.

Successful candidates join an early talent program with hands-on projects, onsite work in Paris, and an emphasis on learning within a supportive, international team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL; Rust experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency concepts including wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, and stablecoins.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to the trading activities.
• Develop and improve trading strategies on both centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
• Generate post-trade analysis reports.
• Assist traders in their day-to-day crypto operations.
• Own a 6 month project to deliver at the end of the internship.

Conditions to participate in the Early Talent Program

Start Date, starting from October 2026

What would be the Internship duration? 6 months (5 days in a week, full time, on‑site)

Recruitment Process
