Scaleway is seeking a skilled software engineer to lead the development of our Marketplace platform from the ground up. This role requires strong proficiency in Go, experience with Python, and solid SQL database management skills. Responsibilities include designing architecture, implementing backend services, and ensuring code quality. The position offers a hybrid work environment allowing up to three remote work days per week, along with various benefits such as healthy meals and well-being initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Go and experience with Python.
• Solid experience in SQL and database management.
• Expertise in Linux system administration and internals.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record in building APIs and Distributed Architectures.
• Deep understanding of Microservices and Scalability.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop the Marketplace platform architecture from scratch.
• Implement backend services primarily using Go and SQL.
• Create and manage the lifecycle of artifacts.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs for Marketplace features.
• Architect distributed systems focused on high scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams.
• Participate in defining technical specifications.
