Voodoo is seeking a senior content designer in Paris to own end-to-end video and static content for mobile apps, tailored for Meta Ads. You will drive creative concepts, benchmark competitors, and iterate based on results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with marketing strategy and priorities, enjoying freedom to experiment with new formats and ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile apps, creative industries or a creative agency.
• Experienced / senior profile, comfortable owning content end-to-end rather than executing a pre-defined brief, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in video editing and motion design (Adobe Premiere, After Effects), with audio editing/sound enhancement a plus; CapCut appreciated if not strong on AE.
• Comfortable with AI content tools (generative AI, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs).
• Creative, resilient, adaptable, and proactive, with strong curiosity and a collaborative mindset.

The team is kept deliberately lean, which means fewer layers, more ownership, and faster decisions.

Role

Working directly with the Product and Development team, your mission is to crack marketability for brand-new products.

You'll help define the visual identity of products that don't exist yet on the market, in a high-volume, fast-iteration environment, with the freedom to experiment and the resources of an established mobile leader behind you.

This is a from-scratch, high-ownership role:

• Create high-quality video and static content for mobile apps, specifically tailored for Meta Ads

• Ideate and execute creative concepts that go beyond standard, templated executions

• Benchmark competitors and continuously experiment with new content ideas and formats

• Analyze content performance and iterate quickly based on the data

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Dev, UA, Product) to stay aligned with marketing strategy and business priorities

Profile

• Experience in mobile apps, creative industries (fashion, design, music) or a creative agency

• Experienced / senior profile, comfortable owning content end-to-end rather than executing a pre-defined brief, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Skilled in video editing and motion design (Adobe Premiere, After Effects), with audio editing/sound enhancement a plus; CapCut appreciated if not strong on AE

• Comfortable with AI content tools (generative AI, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs)

• Creative, resilient, adaptable, and proactive, with strong curiosity and a collaborative mindset

• Nice-to-have: experience with UI/UX, to contribute to onboarding funnel content
