We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Marketing Project Management intern. You will help coordinate and execute our marketing campaigns in collaboration with key internal teams and external partners.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Project Management & Coordination
Coordinate campaign planning and execution across internal teams, including Strategic Planning, Growth & Media Planning, Fan & Communities, and Creative & Production Agency.
Maintain organized project timelines, ensuring deadlines are communicated clearly and met consistently.
Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and actively propose solutions.
Internal Communication & Alignment
Facilitate clear, efficient communication among marketing teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of goals and deliverables.
Organize regular campaign status meetings, share meeting notes, follow-ups, and action points clearly with relevant stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact in marketing campaigns involving brand partners, ensuring expectations, requirements, and deliverables are clearly defined.
Support coordination of brand partner activation, making sure campaigns are effectively aligned with partner marketing objectives.
Reporting & Analysis
Assist in the creation of post-campaign reports, summarizing campaign outcomes, performance analytics, and partner feedback.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying key insights and opportunities from completed campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French & English, comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders.
Interest or previous experience in esports, gaming, or entertainment sectors is beneficial.
Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Monday etc.) is a plus.
