As Global Innovation & Portfolio Associate Manager, you support the Senior Global Brand Manager in delivering global multi-year growth strategies for the Stationery portfolio. This role involves leading global innovation, managing the portfolio, executing brand growth strategies, and overseeing daily operations including innovation gate process, brand content, business analysis, budgeting, and key initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development of strategic business plans to meet annual brand targets.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-year disruptive innovation, including identifying consumer insights, analyzing market trends, partnering with R&D, and developing packaging and launch materials.
  3. Support the execution of the global portfolio strategy based on consumer needs and occasions, aligning with the Brand’s Equity strategy. Define priority Need Spaces and Growth opportunities, and support regional portfolio alignment.
  4. Collaborate with the Global Brand Development team on creative communication and partnership campaigns.
  5. Manage agency deliverables, including content creation and approval processes.
  6. Assist Regional Commercial teams with go-to-market strategies and innovation launches.
  7. Oversee daily operational functions of the global brand, including innovation gate management, budgeting, and invoicing.

Qualifications:
You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG innovation
  • Project and product/brand management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently
  • Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English

Additional pluses include:

  • Time management and leadership skills
  • Experience with innovation funnels or global launches
  • Budget management or financial acumen
  • Experience with panel data and consumer insights tools
