We are currently recruiting a Marketing & PR Coordinator for our Greek subsidiary.

As part of our expansion in Greece and to strengthen our Marketing & PR team, we are creating a strategic and operational role of Marketing & PR Coordinator. This person will be an essential partner to the Marketing & PR departments, helping streamline 360° projects, coordinate local activations, and enhance media and digital visibility.

Main Responsibilities

Marketing & Trade

• Manage the localization, execution, and reporting of media campaigns.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure effective POS visibility and promotional coverings.
• Handle weekly merchandising requests and ensure timely execution.
• Manage POS furniture requests, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and prepare sales support tools and additional POS materials as required.

Press Relations & Influencer Marketing

• Organize PR kit send-outs and coordinate gifting operations.
• Update and maintain the media / influencer database and identify emerging profiles.
• Monitor PR impact : press clippings, social media visibility, and reporting.
• Support in the planning and execution of PR campaigns, influencer activations, press events, and press trips.

Digital & KAM Support

• Coordinate campaign launches with e-commerce partners, ensuring timely delivery and upload of updated marketing assets.
• Maintain the local social media calendars.
• Support e-retail activations through GWP logistics and digital asset readiness.

Ensure quality and consistency across translations for newsletters, POSM, packaging, and digital content.

Events & Brand Activation

Assist in organizing and supporting trade events and internal seminars.

Consolidate local marketing data and competitive insights into reports for regular and ad hoc reporting.

What we are looking for :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in marketing and / or communications, preferably within the cosmetics, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with communication tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
• Fluent in both English and Greek, written and spoken.
