NAVBLUE is currently seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing operational efficiency initiatives while contributing to creative and portfolio marketing, supporting NAVBLUE’s business targets and corporate objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop marketing messages, argumentation, and material for specific packages and transversal portfolio topics.
  2. Develop value assessment methodologies and materials to demonstrate and promote the value generated by NAVBLUE products/services.
  3. Engage in creative marketing initiatives.
  4. Create and update content for corporate, internal, and external communication, coordinating with the Communication department: press releases, websites, blogs, social media, trade shows, and events.
  5. Contribute to the design and deployment of digital marketing strategies.
  6. Lead NAVBLUE Air, the internal Operations Control Center, for customer experience, setup, and promotion worldwide.
  7. Operational efficiency:
  • Consolidate and provide marketing business requirements for the evolution of marketing and commercial tools and processes (e.g., market analytics, CRM).
  • Own, harmonize, and update the internal product marketing library and templates (e.g., commercial offer templates).
  • Benchmark within Airbus, the industry, and other sectors, researching innovative marketing practices, value-based pricing strategies, and methodologies.
  • Coordinate inputs within the marketing team for deliverables such as market forecasts and operating plans.
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing.

Experience & Capabilities: Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing preferred; previous experience with a major flight operations solutions provider and/or major airline is advantageous.

Licensure/Certifications: Must have official authorization to work in France.

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities & Competencies:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding and use of enterprise software solutions.
  • High-level product knowledge for internal and customer interactions.
  • Awareness of market trends in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and professional communication skills.
  • Innovative and creative mindset.
Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Other Languages):

Effective interpersonal and communication skills suitable for engaging with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Systems Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to learn enterprise solutions like Salesforce, Qlik Sense, LoopIO, Cirium.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
Travel Requirements:

Occasional domestic and international travel.
