**Job Description:**
You will partner closely with the EMEA Marketing team and regional Sales leaders to deliver online and offline campaigns that influence pipeline and help achieve sales goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Run localized cross-channel campaigns to raise awareness in the Western Europe Region for Dennemeyer’s services and product portfolio.
- Localize and execute SEO strategies for the Western European market to generate high-quality leads. Analyze results and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
- Plan and manage events, ensuring all marketing deliverables are fulfilled.
- Monitor in-market trends and competition to review the effectiveness of tactics in alignment with the global marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing team and Western European Sales team to share best practices and develop topics together.
- Drive initiatives with cross-functional partners to build and run pilots.
- Track and analyze KPIs to ensure the success of marketing activities.
- Plan and manage the WEU Marketing budget.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a global matrix organization.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel B2B demand generation programs and campaigns in the tech and/or service industry in France.
- Proven experience with Google AdWords/SEO, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Strategic thinker, comfortable with data — a data-driven marketer supporting decisions with insights.
- Ability to translate business objectives into campaign messaging by industry, buyer persona, and company size.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects with global stakeholders and managing communication with internal and external audiences.
- Native French and fluent English speakers.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
