YOUR MISSION

As Marketing Manager, your mission is to lead the charge in building and maintaining a powerful, differentiated brand while driving accelerated growth across multiple markets. You will champion the brand’s position in a competitive landscape, ensuring its relevance and resonance in France, the UK, and other key expansion markets. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the brand’s future, overseeing all aspects of marketing, and strategically aligning initiatives to drive business success.

WHAT YOU DO

  1. Lead and define the overall marketing strategy to continually strengthen brand positioning and product differentiation across all channels and international markets.
  2. Direct and drive the communication strategy with a keen focus on digital, media, PR, influencer partnerships, and in-store activations, ensuring impactful brand awareness campaigns that elevate the brand’s presence.
  3. Shape product strategy with a strong emphasis on innovation, spearheading product development, portfolio management, and successful product launches.
  4. Design and implement impactful promotional plans and sales support tools across multiple regions, in close collaboration with the Sales Team to align with overall business goals.
  5. Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities, adjusting strategy proactively to maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Lead the Product Manager, providing mentorship and strategic guidance to foster growth and high performance.
  7. Manage relationships with external partners, including creative, media, digital agencies, and freelancers, ensuring top-tier execution and adherence to brand consistency.
  8. Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize ROI and support key initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

  1. A strategic yet hands-on leader with a passion to make it happen, ideally with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record in managing and growing FMCG brands, preferably within the food industry, and have navigated the complexities of international markets.
  3. A master at brand building with experience in 360° communication, delivering successful and innovative campaigns across digital, media, and in-store activations.
  4. A recognized leader in product development and product launch, with the ability to drive impactful innovation.
  5. Skilled in consumer research with a keen understanding of distributor panels, qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
  6. A strategic thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven ability to drive results while balancing hands-on execution.
  7. Comfortable operating in a multicultural, dynamic environment, with experience driving cross-functional collaboration.
  8. Fluent in English and French, with a willingness to travel throughout Europe and a deep interest in Asian culture as an added advantage.
