Description du poste

We are headhunting for a major non-profit organisation headquartered in London. They are focused on developing the blockchain ecosystem, finding product-market fit, and bringing industry, academia, and regulators together for the advancement of humankind.

The role will help to market the role of the association itself to the above entities and also be tasked with helping take the association's various initiatives to market - influencing Layer 1 blockchains, governmental agencies (for example the Commonwealth), Crypto exchanges and other major players in the ecosystem. These initiatives are usually a collaboration of various different partners across academia, governments, and industry.

The ideal applicant will be characterised by:
  1. Knowledge of and passion for the blockchain industry.
  2. Experience with GTM Strategy.
  3. Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
  4. Expertise in developing lead generation strategies across various channels including digital marketing and social media.
  5. Strong engagement and negotiation skills.
  6. Collaboration with product development teams to suggest improvements based on market feedback.
  7. Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with skills in upselling and cross-selling.
  8. Ideally some knowledge of industry regulations (for example MiCA, ethical standards, and risk management in emerging technologies).
  9. Content creation capability (Linkedin post writing/blogs).
  10. Teamwork skills for effective collaboration with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
  11. Proficiency in preparing reports with insights and recommendations.
  12. Self-sufficiency: competency to handle and take ownership of all the responsibilities with no more than one junior person in their charge.

The person must have an entrepreneurial can-do approach and be capable of producing results with limited resources/budget (this is not a corporate/enterprise style role being part of a large team).

The role can be based remotely anywhere globally and will provide a constantly changing dynamic challenge.
