Overview

The France B2B Marketing team is focused on driving TikTok's growth and engagement with brands and agencies. We bring to life the power of TikTok through localized storytelling, content, and activations that make our product and creative opportunities tangible and impactful. We’re looking for a collaborative, hands-on Marketing Manager — a true right-hand in the design and execution of ambitious marketing campaigns. A hybrid profile, equally comfortable with creative storytelling and performance tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Co-lead the design and execution of 360° B2B marketing campaigns, from strategy to rollout, with a strong focus on storytelling and audience impact.
  • Lead event activations (owned, partner, industry) and coordinate with event and creative agencies to deliver seamless and premium experiences.
  • Build campaign toolkits and localized content (presentations, videos, toolkits, one-pagers) to support the Sales teams.
  • Track, analyze and report on campaign and event performance, using both quantitative and qualitative metrics to assess impact and recommend optimizations.
  • Develop clear performance dashboards and syntheses for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate across functions (Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, Measurement, OPS) to ensure consistency and cohesion in all marketing outputs.
  • Transform complex product narratives into accessible, digestible and creative content for the French market.
  • Contribute to thought leadership efforts, case studies and B2B storytelling across verticals and audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns and / or managing large-scale events with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, with strong storytelling instincts.
  • Proven experience in managing external agencies and partners.
  • Solid project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and an ability to navigate cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B marketing in tech, media, entertainment, or advertising industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing performance tools (CRM, campaign analytics, performance dashboards).
  • Visual sensitivity and ability to challenge creative assets with strategic thinking.
  • Interest in culture, creators, trends, and the evolving role of brands in online communities.
  • Curious, positive, resilient and solutions-oriented mindset.
