A great opportunity to join Caudalie SWITZERLAND Team at our Head Office in GENEVA. We are on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the cosmetics industry. The successful candidate will be Caudalie brand ambassador and Marketing leader in SWITZERLAND, executing the global marketing strategy and defining local adaptation and initiatives.

About the role: Mission:

Manage and coordinate all marketing activities linked to multiple distribution channels: wholesale, e-retail, caudalie.ch.

Develop the brand awareness to ensure the brand positioning and sustain the business development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Elaborate marketing, media & promotional campaigns plans for Swiss Market and follow up on their perfect execution;
  2. Outline & Execute media campaigns (online & offline) directly with media partners.
  3. Secure local implementation of 360° activation: merchandising, media, in-store & digital animation, education, sampling, incentives, e-commerce & partnerships as per calendar;
  4. Coordinate local adaptation and execution of global marketing operations;
  5. Strengthen the brand visibility through Merchandising tools, ensure the proper management and implementation;
  6. Create in-store animations and events (consumer events, clients events, trade shows);
  7. Collect and compile market trends and needs to share best practices;
  8. Organize marketing presentations for Key Accounts & Retailers, Commercial Cycles and Seminars;
  9. Adapt and create contents ensuring translations of global sales tools and proof reading;
  10. Help to set accurate forecasts, monitor and communicate after-launch results to improve short and long-term forecasts accuracy;
  11. Manage and implement the assigned Marketing Budget.

PROFILE:

  • Professional experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the cosmetics industry is mandatory; a good experience in trade marketing, media and digital is required.
  • Knows how beauty businesses work; knows the competition, affinity with the beauty category in a selective/retail/pharmacy environment.
  • French & German are mandatory.
  • Affinity with the French culture.
  • Creative and dynamic mindset, with a strong attention to details.
  • Natural organization and multitasking abilities in a complex environment.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Enjoy working within a close-knit team.
  • Be able to make decisions and solve problems using your own initiative and be proactive.

Organization:

  • You will report to the Swiss Country Manager, functionally to the Europe CMO.
  • The position is based in Geneva head office, with availability to travel in Switzerland and abroad with frequent travels to France. You will work closely with Paris Head Office (Marketing, Communication, Digital) and the local Swiss team (PR, Key Accounts and sales managers).
