Qonto's historical offering is a business account for entrepreneurs. Since it is mandatory for professionals to have a business account and to deposit their capital at the time of creation, Qonto has historically partnered with legal tech companies to attract entrepreneurs at the creation stage.
In September 2024, Qonto launched its own business creation service. We now support 1 out of 5 companies in their creation: either through capital deposit only or through full-fledged creation from start to finish. Company creation has become a strategic segment in France, within our 4 segments (Company creation/ solopreneurs/ Micro-Businesses (1-9 employees)/ Small Businesses (+10 employees).

Your manager will be Delphine de Roquemaurel, our Head of Marketing France at Qonto.
Her path? Delphine joined Qonto in January 2025 after serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Stello (Qonto Insurance Partner), where she grew turnover 10x and expanded their customer base from 2,000 to 20,000. Prior to that, she led high-performing marketing and sales teams at multiple companies, implementing effective acquisition strategies across various channels and consistently driving business growth.
What can she bring to the team? Delphine's management style centers on trust and autonomy, creating an environment where team members can thrive without micromanagement. Through weekly one-on-one meetings, she'll provide guidance while giving you the freedom to innovate and contribute to Qonto's growth.
