About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and scale all marketing efforts. From content strategy to ad performance to visual storytelling — you’ll drive the pipeline of buyers and elevate Pellago’s brand presence online and offline.

This is a strategic + execution role. You’ll work directly with the CEO, agents, media team, and freelancers to bring listings to life, generate leads, and build authority.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the content calendar across all channels (Instagram, YouTube, blog, newsletters, Telegram, portals).

Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) with performance tracking and lead attribution.

Coordinate listing promotions, branding campaigns, and seasonal offers.

Content & Media Coordination

Work closely with our photographer, videographer, and drone operator to ensure every listing has visually compelling, on-brand media.

Write briefs, review content, and ensure consistency in tone, quality, and messaging.

Digital Growth

Manage SEO blog content, website updates, and landing pages (in coordination with dev/SEO team).

Coordinate email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing).

Leverage WhatsApp and Telegram groups for local network engagement.

Team Management & Reporting

Manage freelance creatives and content contributors.

Track KPIs, generate marketing performance reports, and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with sales to align marketing with business goals.

Requirements

3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, luxury hospitality, travel, or high-ticket services.

Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing.

Portfolio of past campaigns, IG handles, or case studies.

Comfortable working with creatives and managing freelancers.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Bonus points if you have:

Real estate industry experience (especially Bali)

Basic Canva, CapCut, or video editing skills

Familiarity with Monday.com, Meta Ads, SEO tools, or automation tools (e.g. Make.com)
