ChangeNOW in Paris seeks a Marketing professional to drive digital marketing, website updates, and event campaigns for the ChangeNOW summit. You will manage email campaigns, SEO tweaks, LinkedIn campaigns, social media support, and KPI reporting, working with the communications team.

Requirements: Bac+5 in Marketing/Communications, at least 2 years in marketing, fluent in English and French, plus hands-on WordPress/Elementor, Google tools, Brevo experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

Description du poste

Your missions:

Marketing & digital marketing

• Update and maintain the Summit website to ensure content stays current and engaging across all key pages
• Support the team on any additional marketing tasks as needed
• Deploy and manage paid digital web marketing campaigns: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
• Deploy and manage LinkedIn automation campaigns.
• Handle reporting of digital marketing KPIs and draw quick learnings from them to optimize campaigns (test & learn).
• Build, set up, and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Track the overall communication plan and provide operational support to the Social Media Manager and Newsletter Manager as needed.
• Provide overall support to the communication team

Database & tools:

• Analyze, optimize and grow our database with a view to deepening community engagement and long-term loyalty
• Qualify, segment, and update our various databases to support the marketing efforts of each team.

Website:

• Update website content on WordPress / Elementor.
• Optimize the SEO of our web content.

Ticketing :

• Manage and monitor ticketing implementation
• Helpdesk management and tracking
• Post-event reporting
• Daily ticketing tracking

Digital projects (event & networking platform):

• Collaborate on building and deploying the event and networking app for the ChangeNOW 2027 summit.

Your profile:

• We are looking for a young professional (at least 2 years of work experience) with a Master’s level (Bac+5) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, from a business school, communications school, or equivalent.
• Strong interest in sustainability, media, and communications.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects, working across teams, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).
• Bonus: experience with social media or creative tools.
• You are proficient with Google tools (Ads, Analytics, Data Studio) and have a basic understanding of SEO.
• You have some initial experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• You have some initial experience with emailing & CRM tools such as Brevo.
• You have a solid command of website management with WordPress and Elementor
