Description du poste

Tria have partnered with a growing sports technology company who doing some very exciting work across the industry. As part of their continued growth, they now require a Marketing Manager to help shape and grow the brand.

The role will involve managing/executing marketing campaigns, content, sales support and overseeing revamp of the website. As the business continues to scale, you'll take on leadership of the full marketing function, including brand, digital, partnerships, and team growth. The role has very good career prospects, with a view to moving into a Head of Marketing role within 12-18 months

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Execution – running campaigns across email, LinkedIn, web and industry media.
  • Brand & Positioning - Help refine and express the company’s unique value proposition.
  • Content & Thought Leadership - Create case studies, whitepapers, product explainers, and industry insights.
  • Sales & Partner Enablement - Create and update sales decks, one-pagers, demo materials, and value calculators.
  • Event & Partnership Marketing - Coordinate presence at key industry events (conferences, expos, summits).
  • Analytics & Optimisation- Track and report on MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, content performance, etc.

Experience Required:

  • 4–6 years in B2B marketing (preferably SaaS or sports data/analytics).
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven marketing AND brand building.
  • Experience working closely with sales in a growth environment.
  • A passion for football and/or deep curiosity about the sports ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish, Portuguese, or French a big plus).
  • Experience of overseeing a website revamp.
