We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Manager based in Paris to increase awareness of our Cultural Care Au Pair program in France.

At Cultural Care, we build global families by bringing together international visitors with American host families—providing meaningful childcare support for families, an unforgettable year in America for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.

As a Marketing Manager, you are part of an ambitious and dynamic team in France (Paris/Lyon/Bordeaux) that is enthusiastic about cultural exchange.

What you’ll do:

  • Have ownership of our local social media channels: Strategic planning and implementation, content management, performance monitoring, goal setting and achievement
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating local campaigns in the French market to increase awareness and generate leads
  • Plan and implement events to reach our target group, increase customer loyalty and promote sales
  • Work closely with our central marketing team in Zurich and the regional teams in France to coordinate campaigns, marketing projects and events
  • Answer online reviews and manage social media cases when it happens
  • Manage our ambassador program to drive local activities and generate referrals
  • Establish and maintain new partnerships and platforms in order to place Cultural Care appropriately for our target group
  • Drive your own ideas to reach new target groups and contribute to the growth of the French market
  • Management of 1 staff member (Alternance)

Who you are:

  • Social media is your thing – You are familiar with the latest trends and hacks to increase engagement and awareness in the target group
  • You love discovering the latest industry trends and seize opportunities that enable the company to grow
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, like to develop new ideas and work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
  • You have the ability to think creatively and strategically and have a “nothing is impossible” attitude
  • Verbal and written communication is one of your strengths
  • You are organized, able to prioritize and have a good eye for design and detail
  • You have relevant work experience in marketing and can demonstrate success
  • You speak French at native level and are fluent in English
