Job summary

Taurus SA seeks a senior communications and events leader to manage external communication, PR, social media, and design across global markets outside the United States. You will oversee agencies, coordinate with marketing and partnerships, and drive Taurus’s events calendar worldwide.

You will guide content, thought leadership, and campaign coordination, ensuring consistency across regions while leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing, PR or events in B2B/fintech.
• Proven experience organizing international conferences and budgets.
• Experience managing PR and creative agencies.
• Hands-on social media experience, esp LinkedIn; Canva/Figma familiarity.
• Fluent in French and English; willing to travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR and communications outside the US for Taurus.
• Coordinate corporate and partner announcements with internal teams.
• Manage design collateral and event materials to ensure brand consistency.
• Run Taurus’s social media (LinkedIn) and support paid campaigns.

Your role

Reporting to the CMO and working closely with the Head of Taurus-NETWORK Partnerships & Marketing, you will own Taurus's communication and events outside the US: PR, social media, design and collateral, and our worldwide events program. You will be the day-to-day lead for our PR and design agencies, and will work hand in hand with the marketing automation and US partnerships & events teams.

What you will do

• PR & communication: manage our PR & communication agency day to day: press releases, announcements, media relations, interview and speaking opportunities, and the PR calendar
• Coordinate corporate and partner announcements with internal stakeholders (product, partnerships, legal) to ensure accurate and compliant messaging
• Social media: run Taurus's organic social media, primarily LinkedIn: editorial calendar, post production, community engagement, performance reporting and paid advertising.
• Design & collateral: manage our design agency to deliver collateral, event materials, presentations and visual assets consistent with the Taurus brand identity
• Brand & content: support the team on thought leadership, turning white papers, case studies, product launches and partner news into posts, articles, newsletters and event content
• Events (worldwide, excl. US): own the events program end to end (conferences, trade shows, roundtables, client and partner events, webinars), from selection, sponsorship and budget through logistics, on-site delivery and post-event follow-up, with clear pipeline objectives for each event
• Coordinate the global events calendar with the US events lead so that sponsorships, messaging and materials stay consistent across regions
• Measure the impact of each event (meetings, leads, pipeline) and ensure leads are captured in the CRM and followed up, working with marketing automation and sales
• Coherence & cadence: own a single integrated communication calendar that links content, company and partner news, client acquisition campaigns and events, so Taurus communicates regularly and with one consistent message.

Requirements

A successful candidate will have:

• A strong background in marketing, communication and PR within a financial services and/or digital asset company
• Expertise in Product Marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience in communication, PR or events marketing, ideally in a high-growth B2B company
• A proven track record of organizing international conferences and trade shows end to end, including vendor management and budget control
• Experience managing PR and creative agencies
• Hands-on social media experience, especially on LinkedIn; familiarity with design tools (e. g. Canva, Figma) and video tools.
• A passion for blockchain-based software and financial technology is a strong plus

• Willingness to travel regularly for events
• Fluent in French and English
