Qualifications

We are seeking a Marketing Manager (fluent/native in French) to support our marketing efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies to drive demand, generate leads, and support our sales efforts. You will work closely with the sales teams, while being part of an international marketing team of over 25 talented professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing programs, in alignment with core business objectives and regional sales targets, with a strong focus on revenue.
  • Implement demand generation campaigns and drive pipeline growth through optimized execution.
  • Deploy multi-channel marketing initiatives — including content, SEO, paid media, email, events, and partnerships — tailored to local market needs, within the framework of global strategy.
  • Create and adapt content to ensure local relevance and consistency
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs and insights to optimize execution and share best practices across teams.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and account teams to support client acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to execute campaigns and track performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing innovations within the French market.
Requirements
  • Fluent/Native in French and Good English (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or international environment.
  • Proven experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, email, etc.).
  • Good understanding of demand generation principles and lead management processes.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and report actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills, especially in a cross-functional and international context.
  • Adaptability and willingness to apply centrally defined strategies to local markets with precision and consistency.
