We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Manager based in Paris to increase awareness of our Cultural Care Au Pair program in France.

At Cultural Care, we build global families by bringing together international visitors with American host families—providing meaningful childcare support for families, an unforgettable year in America for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.

As a Marketing Manager, you are part of an ambitious and dynamic team in France (Paris / Lyon / Bordeaux) that is enthusiastic about cultural exchange.

What you’ll do :

  1. Own our local social media channels: strategic planning, content management, performance monitoring, goal setting, and achievement.
  2. Plan, implement, and evaluate local campaigns in the French market to increase awareness and generate leads.
  3. Organize events to reach our target group, increase customer loyalty, and promote sales.
  4. Coordinate campaigns, marketing projects, and events with our central marketing team in Zurich and regional teams in France.
  5. Respond to online reviews and manage social media cases.
  6. Manage our ambassador program to drive local activities and generate referrals.
  7. Establish and maintain new partnerships and platforms to appropriately position Cultural Care for our target group.
  8. Drive your own ideas to reach new target groups and contribute to the growth of the French market.
  9. Manage 1 staff member (Alternance).

  • You are familiar with the latest social media trends and hacks to increase engagement and awareness.
  • You love discovering industry trends and seize opportunities for growth.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy developing new ideas, and work independently and goal-oriented.
  • You think creatively and strategically with a “nothing is impossible” attitude.
  • Verbal and written communication are among your strengths.
  • You are organized, able to prioritize, and have a good eye for design and detail.
  • You have relevant marketing experience and can demonstrate success.
  • You speak French at native level and are fluent in English.
