Une entreprise innovante et dynamique recherche un leader pour développer des stratégies de marque omnicanal en France. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la création et de l'exécution de stratégies efficaces pour le lancement de vaccins contre la grippe, en collaborant étroitement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles. Vous aurez l'opportunité de diriger un Junior Product Manager et de superviser les prévisions de budget et de ventes. Qualifications

  • Expérience professionnelle de 5 à 7 ans dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
  • Expérience en marketing dans le secteur des pharmacies de détail.

Description du poste

This is a job creation to support the launch and commercialization of two flu vaccines in France. CSL Seqirus and Vifor France are both CSL companies: CSL Seqirus has given Vifor France the responsibility as "exploitant" for the upcoming launches of future CSL Seqirus vaccines in France. Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following, but not limited to:

Responsibilities
  1. Leading the creation and development of effective cross-functional omnichannel brand strategies to maximize profitability, market share and growth performance in France.
  2. Working closely with cross-functional team members (Vifor France, CSL Seqirus France and International) as part of a high-performing team.
  3. Manage and develop the Junior Product Manager, ensuring a coordinated approach with the medical team, sales force and other functions.
  4. Leading the strategy development and execution, customer adoption and field teams of an omnichannel implementation.
  5. Supporting the management of tender for retail pharmacy procurement groups and Hospitals in collaboration with the Sales Lead.
  6. Overseeing the Long-Range Plan (LRP) forecasting process for France.
  7. Developing a strong knowledge of the influenza vaccines market, customers and competitors.
  8. Ensuring the implementation of strategy in a compliant way for Vifor France and CSL Seqirus.
Tasks
  1. Define brand’s annual Strategic and Budget Plan aligned with internal cross functional stakeholders and the International CSL Seqirus team.
  2. Leverage the International knowledge and activities: find out and optimize the actions they are developing; inform them of the context, actions and needs in France; take part in regular meetings.
  3. Develop a solid understanding of customers and competitors' products to improve competitive advantage.
  4. Create an innovative brand and portfolio strategy with high value-added services primarily for pharmacists and retail pharmacies procurement groups.
  5. Support Sales Lead in ensuring high quality tender management for retail pharmacies procurement groups and Hospitals.
  6. Oversee sales and budget forecasts.
  7. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the French Health environment, recommendations and influenza policy.
Operational Marketing
  1. Oversee the execution of brand strategies with differentiated value propositions, key messages, brand activities and tactics.
  2. Evaluate the best mix of channels to deliver value and impact, primarily to pharmacists and retail pharmacy supply groups.
  3. Coordinate all medical-marketing and institutional projects with the medical and sales teams to ensure full commitment to customer activities.
  4. Oversee all communication activities, including participation in conferences, congresses, press releases, etc.
  5. Develop customer knowledge, innovative ideas and excellence in tactical planning and execution.
  6. Measure the return on investment of the various actions / operations implemented.
Monitor and analyse market trends and product performance
  1. Support sales lead by delivering brands strategies and communications to the sales team.
  2. Maintain professional relationships of trust with all external customers and the field team.
  3. Select, manage and steer external suppliers.
  4. Manage the marketing Opex budget.
Compliance
  1. Ensure full compliance with the relevant country code of practice, all internal and external policies.
Requirements
  1. University degree or higher degree.
  2. Dual training in science and marketing, ideally pharmacist / doctor + business school.
  3. At least 5-7 years professional experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  4. Marketing experience in retail pharmacy business and retail pharmacies procurement group is expected.
