Accountabilities:

  • Allocate and oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring ROI through strategic channel investments.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaigns and maximize conversions.
  • Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead performance marketing and oversee viral campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably within the financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Proven success managing multichannel campaigns with strong analytical insight and data fluency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output.
