A leading company is seeking a proactive Marketing Events & Project Coordinator Intern in Paris to support global events and regional marketing initiatives. The role involves event planning, managing registrations, and collaborating with teams while offering extensive support and benefits, fostering personal growth and well-being.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Events & Project Coordinator Intern to support our global events and regional marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in executing both virtual and in-person events, streamlining operational processes, and driving collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Event Planning & Execution
Handle logistics and execution for in-person and virtual events (, webinars), including speaker management, registration, and post-event follow-up
Manage webinar platforms (Zoom, Cvent, or similar), including technical setup, live support, and analytics
Assist in promoting events via email, social media, and partner networks; manage registration tracking and attendee lists
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events are aligned with regional marketing goals and messaging
Serve as a liaison between different business teams to ensure alignment across initiatives
Support communication efforts through updates, team-wide notifications, and meeting coordination
Maintain accurate data within marketing systems and tools (, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms)
Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders stay aligned across multiple initiatives
Qualifications
Current University Student : Eligible for an on-site internship with the ability to establish an internship agreement. Preferably with academic background in marketing.
Experience in marketing operations, event management, or related roles
Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools (, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, Cvent)
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Experience in a B2B or tech-driven environment is a strong advantage
