This pivotal role coordinates and amplifies a Major Global Manufacturer's brand presence through corporate events and dealer activation across Europe. Reporting into the Head of Marketing Europe, the Marketing & Events Co-Ordinator will champion both internal and external event delivery while ensuring brand compliance and market resonance in all dealer-facing initiatives.

Role : Marketing & Events Co-Ordinator

Salary : 45,000€ - 52,000€ (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits

Location : Lyon (working across the EU)

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing & Events Co-Ordinator

  • Plan and execute events including trade shows, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer days.
  • Act as project assistant to the Head of Marketing during large-scale exhibitions across Europe.
  • Support dealer marketing efforts, ensuring events and POS materials reflect corporate branding.
  • Co-develop co-branded marketing materials and maintain the dealer toolkit in partnership with the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
  • Ensure full alignment of regional activities with the global marketing strategy.

Requirements for the Marketing & Events Co-Ordinator

  • Experience in event management, preferably within the manufacturing or construction sector.
  • Familiarity with dealer / distributor marketing systems.
  • Strong organisational, project coordination and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe on occasion.
  • Fluency in English & other European languages is desirable.
