Job Description

As a dedicated Marketing & Distribution Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

PMO / Project Manager
  • Follow and oversee the sales and marketing timeline for sales opening, ensuring all aspects of the project progress seamlessly (including coordination with sales, legal, revenue management, marketing, digital, distribution, and finance teams).
  • Act as a facilitator for communication and collaboration between all relevant stakeholders, including Accor, Orient Express, and Orient Express Sailing Yachts teams.
  • Hold weekly meetings with the Orient Express brand to align on priorities and address any concerns.
  • Develop reports, minutes, and action items for key meetings (e.g., CODIR, Weekly OE).
  • Monitor and mitigate potential project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Marketing
  • Assist in defining and executing Orient Express Sailing Yachts’ commercial offerings and policies for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Lead or facilitate day-to-day meetings and training sessions to support team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate production of marketing content through OE, operation teams, sales, and marketing teams to ensure realization of the marketing plan.
  • Set up trainings for internal/external teams in collaboration with the Marketing Content Manager.
  • Assist with Sales and Marketing budgets and invoices.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate Orient Express Sailing Yachts' customer survey needs with key partners such as Orient Express, Accor, Guest Reservation Center, Conciergerie, and IBS, overseeing the implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to ensure needs are met.

Distribution
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate Orient Express Sailing Yachts' distribution strategy with key partners such as Orient Express, Accor, Guest Reservation Center, and IBS, overseeing the implementation of the Central Reservation System (CRS).
  • Manage operational requests between the Orient Express Sailing Yachts team, Conciergerie, Guest Reservation Center, Orient Express, and IBS, ensuring smooth tool setup (e.g., data inputs, payment systems, accounting processes, booking funnels, business requirements).
