RX France, part of RELX, seeks a Marketing Director to define and lead the marketing strategy across exhibitions and digital products. You will build a high-performing, globally aligned team, driving commercial growth, customer engagement and transformation while collaborating with RX Group Marketing and GBS Marketing in an international matrix.

You will lead a large, multidisciplinary team spanning Communications, CRM & Data, Digital Marketing and Digital Platforms, delivering measurable

Qualifications

Significant senior marketing leadership experience in a large organisation (B2B/B2C).
Strong track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
Deep expertise across modern marketing disciplines, including CRM, digital, data-driven marketing and marketing technology.

Responsabilités

Define and lead the overall marketing strategy for RX France, aligned with business objectives.
Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention and profitability across exhibitions and digital products.
Lead transformation of marketing capabilities, governance and performance reporting.
Foster collaboration with RX Group Marketing and Global Business Services Marketing to ensure global standards.
