Job summary

Ubisoft is seeking a Marketing & Data Analytics Assistant – Internship (6-month) for March 2026. Office-based internship with a focus on data gathering, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to optimize marketing initiatives.

You will translate business questions into analytics projects and present insights to stakeholders to drive campaign optimization. Applicants are students in Data/CS/Engineering, with English proficiency, and experience in SQL, Python and Power BI; Databricks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing higher education with a specialization in Data, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Able to communicate and interact in English with international stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
• Experience using SQL, Python and Power BI or other data visualization tools. Databricks is a plus.
• Able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and present them clearly.
• Strong oral and communication skills; gaming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis, statistical modeling and reporting to identify trends and opportunities across channels and segments.
• Perform exploratory data analysis across diverse data sources.
• Create and distribute data insights via analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Convey findings on campaign performance and drive optimization decisions with stakeholders.

The Marketing Analytics team is responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to derive compelling and actionable insights that drive the optimization of our marketing initiatives.

This includes the design and management of data collection and analytics solutions (e.g., data dashboards, marketing KPIs reporting), and the analysis of the performance of marketing initiatives and their effect on engagement, conversion, and retention.

Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
