Job summary

Ubisoft is seeking a current student for a Creator Operations Project Manager Assistant internship in Paris. You will support the Creator Operations team in implementing and optimizing processes and tools for campaigns with content creators.

You will contribute to project management, rollout of new processes, and analysis and improvement of operational workflows, gaining hands-on experience in a global gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Student with some experience in project or product management
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Diplomatic, a team player, with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced user of MS Office or OpenOffice; basic AI tools, Figma or Python a plus

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the management of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
• Coordinate efforts between different teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist in planning and coordinating the rollout of new operational processes
• Train teams on new procedures and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption
• Document processes and create guides and user manuals for end users
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators to measure impact of improvements
