Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to evaluate marketing spend, build attribution, and deliver insights guiding channels. You’ll shape processes from the ground up and collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring structure where it’s needed most.

You will work with SQL, Tableau, and AI tools, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver data-informed decisions. This role offers remote work flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analyst, business analyst, marketing analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on SQL expertise - write queries, create and optimize dashboard models.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools - Tableau or similar.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including channels and attribution concepts.
• Strong business acumen – translate data into business decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with high analytical quality and speed.
• Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools.
• Extra: Python or A/B testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into insights by partnering with marketing teams to solve complex problems and uncover growth opportunities.
• Own analytical projects end-to-end, defining approach to delivering insights and measuring impact.
• Hands-on with data using SQL, Tableau, and AI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize while ensuring data integrity.
• Partner with marketing leaders across Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, SEO, Product Marketing to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data Platform team to ensure data availability and scalable analytics workflows.
