As a Marketing Coordinator at Create Marketing, you'll take the lead in managing a portfolio of clients and supporting their unique marketing needs. You'll work directly with clients to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing and communications strategies. What You'll Do

• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and define success metrics
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans tailored to individual client needs
• Lead the creation, execution, and ongoing optimization of client marketing campaigns
• Prepare and deliver strategic recommendations based on goals, industry trends, and available resources
• Coordinate branded campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels
• Gather and interpret data to provide meaningful performance insights for clients
• Run regular client check-ins and performance review meetings
• Stay up to date on both digital and traditional marketing trends
• Support cross-functional team members and contribute to internal projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience in the industry
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or communications
• A strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and audience targeting
• Comfort using content management systems (like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Business, and other performance tracking tools
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and project management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace and web editing software
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret trends and insights
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Bonus points for photography, graphic design, or event coordination experience
